Privacy Policy

One Cube ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit onecubenation.com or use our services. This policy complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect the following categories of personal information: • Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, IP address • Age Verification Data: Birthdate entered at age gate (month/day/year). This data is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to our servers unless you create an account. • Commercial Information: Purchase history, membership tier, allocation preferences • Internet Activity: Pages visited, time on site, referring URLs, browser type • Geolocation: City/state-level location derived from IP address • Communications: Messages sent via contact forms or email • Payment Information: Processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

When you submit your email address through our Passport download form, newsletter signup, or Club application, you consent to receive transactional and marketing emails from One Cube. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email. If you opt into SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from One Cube. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS at any time. SMS consent is separate from email consent and is not required to receive the Passport or join the Club.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our site. GA4 collects anonymized usage data including page views, session duration, and conversion events (Passport downloads, Club applications, newsletter signups). We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to build audiences for ads on Meta platforms. The Meta Pixel may collect your IP address, browser information, and actions taken on our site. Both GA4 and Meta Pixel are only activated after you provide cookie consent. You may withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings banner.

The birthdate you enter at our age gate is stored in your browser's localStorage as a consent flag. We store only a boolean verification status and the date of verification. Not your actual birthdate. This data is never transmitted to our servers. It expires after 365 days, at which point you will be asked to verify again. You may clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage.

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. Our legal basis for processing is consent (for marketing) and legitimate interest (for analytics and fraud prevention).
