Refund & Damage Policy

48-Hour Damage Reporting Window
All damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. To file a claim, email hello@onecubenation.com with: (1) your order number, (2) photos of the damaged packaging and product, and (3) a brief description of the damage. Claims submitted after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for replacement or refund. We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery.
Replacement Process
Upon approval of a damage claim, we will ship a replacement within 5–7 business days, subject to availability. If the exact item is unavailable, we will offer a substitute of equal or greater value or issue a store credit. Replacements are shipped at no additional cost. We do not issue cash refunds for damaged items unless a replacement is unavailable and no suitable substitute exists.
General Return Policy
Due to the nature of alcohol products and applicable state laws, we cannot accept returns of opened or undamaged alcohol products. Unopened non-alcohol merchandise (barware, apparel) may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Membership Cancellation Terms
Membership subscriptions (Initiate, Insider, Founder) may be cancelled at any time. To cancel, email hello@onecubenation.com with your account email and the subject line "Membership Cancellation." Cancellations must be received at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next quarter. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period. Upon cancellation, you retain access to membership benefits through the end of your current paid period. Founder tier memberships are non-refundable after the first 30 days.
Allocation Refunds
Quarterly bourbon allocations are non-refundable once shipped. If an allocation is unavailable, we will notify you before the quarter closes and offer a substitute or credit toward a future allocation. We do not guarantee specific bottles or expressions as part of any membership tier.
