Shipping Policy

Adult Signature Required
All alcohol shipments require an adult signature (21+) at the time of delivery. The carrier will not leave packages unattended. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will make up to three delivery attempts before returning the package. Re-delivery fees may apply. Please ensure someone 21+ is available to receive your order.
State-by-State Legality
Due to varying state laws governing direct-to-consumer alcohol shipping, we can only ship to the following states. This list is updated as laws change.
Carrier & Delivery Timing
We ship via FedEx and UPS using temperature-controlled packaging where applicable. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout. Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 2pm CT Friday will be processed the following Monday. We do not ship on federal holidays.
Damage & Missing Bottle Protocol
If your order arrives damaged or a bottle is missing, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. Email hello@onecubenation.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement. See our Refund Policy for full details.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship alcohol internationally. Non-alcohol merchandise (barware, apparel) may be shipped internationally. Contact hello@onecubenation.com for international merchandise inquiries.
