1. Age Requirement | 21+
You must be 21 years of age or older to access, purchase from, or use any services offered by One Cube. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. One Cube reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion if it believes a user is under the legal drinking age. Age verification may be required at the time of delivery. Adult signature (21+) is required for all alcohol shipments.
2. Membership & Auto-Renewal
One Cube membership tiers (Initiate, Insider, Founder) are billed quarterly. By enrolling in a membership, you authorize One Cube to charge your payment method on a recurring quarterly basis until you cancel. Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. Membership benefits are non-transferable. One Cube reserves the right to modify membership perks with 30 days' written notice. Founder tier memberships are invitation-only and subject to separate terms communicated at time of invitation.
3. Allocation Availability Disclaimers
Bourbon allocations offered through One Cube membership are subject to availability and may change without notice. Specific bottles, distilleries, or expressions listed as membership benefits are illustrative examples and not guaranteed. One Cube makes no warranty that any specific allocation will be available in any given quarter. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made at One Cube's discretion. Allocations are for personal consumption only and may not be resold.
4. No-Resale Clause
Products, allocations, and access provided through One Cube membership are strictly for personal use and consumption. Resale, redistribution, or commercial use of any One Cube allocation, product, or membership benefit is expressly prohibited. Violation of this clause will result in immediate membership termination without refund and may result in legal action. This includes but is not limited to: reselling allocated bottles, transferring membership access, or using One Cube's name or brand for commercial purposes without written consent.
5. Alcohol Shipping Restrictions
One Cube ships alcohol only to states where direct-to-consumer alcohol shipping is legally permitted. Currently, we ship to: Texas, California, New York, Florida, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Virginia, North Carolina, and Georgia. This list is subject to change based on applicable state laws. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that receipt of alcohol shipments is legal in their jurisdiction. Orders placed from restricted states will be cancelled and refunded. All shipments require adult signature (21+) at delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, video, and design, is the property of One Cube and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. The One Cube name, saloon-badge logo, and "One Cube Nation" mark are trademarks of One Cube. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any One Cube content is prohibited without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
One Cube is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to One Cube in the 90 days preceding the claim. One Cube does not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any third-party products or services referenced on this site.
8. Changes to Terms
One Cube reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For material changes, we will provide notice via email to registered users.
